Here at Beauty Realized! we have taken the initiative to honour our Fashion & Beauty Icons so as a result we have dubbed this week Naomi Campbell week. We are well aware that Ms Campbell is very notorious for her tongue and cheek antics but we have to admit that the 5foot 9 and a half inches beauty is indeed a fashion icon in her own rite. For the week we will be show casing the fashonista that is Naomi Campbell . Here are a few of the many fashion hits that our style Icon of the week has graced.

I'm Back for more Blogging !

Hey guys! I am officially back at this blogging thing again !!! I have decided to start a beauty blog however, I still believe that the blog might dab into current affairs from time to time but that's ok (rite?) lol . Anyways hope you all enjoy my blog and even learn a few things in the process , in the first in a series of posts I will start off by doing a few reviews of products I used as well dish on the latest beauty must haves as well as skin care tips and the occasional fashion icon of the month. My progress!!!!!!!!!

Hey sorry for the delay my diet is going alrite I think I have lost 12 pounds so far not sure how much I started with but I no I am 168 and I think I was 180 before not sure though :) But i'm trying I am determined to get down to atleast 150 however my ideal weight would be 145 but I guess I will stick with 150 so thats atleast 18 more I got to shed I will start off slow 5 by the 31st and another 5 by the 9th and another 5 by the 17th and my final on 3 pounds by the 24th so I hope I can do it ! Wish me luck ;)

This is the morning of my new journey and I am name eating oatmeal with skimm milk and wow! its a bit bland ! yes it is! but I am on it really!

I will be starting the Fat Smash diet tomorrow with the First phrase which consists of a 9 day detox . So I will be chronicling my journey !
